During the 2018-19 academic year, UNH history grad students, archaeology faculty, Brewery Manager Cheryl Parker and Curator of Historic Landscapes at Strawbery Banke Erik Wochholz teamed up to create a new craft beer. In an illustrated presentation, Wochholz will take us through the process of extensive research and recipe development that resulted in Shoalers Ale.

In collaboration with Exeter TV, this program will be presented through a Zoom webinar. Registration is required.
